1 cup cooked chicken 1 cup frozen vegetables (cooked) 1 box Uncle Ben's Herb Chicken Rice 1 can Cream of Celery Salt Pepper Garlic Powder 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
Cook vegetables and rice separately. Since vegetables cook faster than the rice, add chicken, cream of celery and spices to the vegetable pot. When rice is done, combine all together and top with cheese. Throw it in the oven until the cheese has melted, and bam! Dinner :) The kids loved it.
